Our new 3D Flexline absorbs small measurement differences and follows curves, climbs and twists in one continuous run.
Anyone who has installed flexline into a custom channel knows the problem. The drawing says one length, and the channel says another. The new TLX 3D Flexline Series is built to close that gap.
Stretches to fit
Each metre stretches by up to 1 cm. Small differences between the drawing and the installed channel are absorbed by the Flexline itself. No cutting, the factory seal stays intact. Where a conventional flexline leaves a visible gap at the joint, the TLX 3D Flexline closes it.
Bends in three dimensions
It bends horizontally and vertically and twists, all in one continuous run. The difference is inside. Short PCB segments connected by flexible wiring move with the bend. A conventional continuous PCB bends in one plane only and carries the stress when it’s forced beyond it.
The result is a flexline that follows the design, rather than the other way round.
